Cancellation Policy Course Bookings:
All money will be refunded in the unlikely event of the course being cancelled by the tutor. In most other circumstances, fees will not be refunded unless cancelled at least 2 weeks before start of course (in this case an administration fee of €15 (Eire) will apply). This is because when we accept your application, we make all the arrangements on the assumption that you will join the course, including preparing your course materials and turning away other applicants for your place. Fees will be refunded if for whatever reason we are not able to provide you with a place on the course. In nearly all other circumstances they will not be refunded.
