| Aims & Structure: |
This course is a ‘must’ for any therapist with a qualification in Indian Head Massage who wishes to extend or brush up their skills. Practical elements include specialised techniques on the shoulders, arms, hands, neck and scalp, effective use of massage tools (ideal for workplace massage), use of oils and chakra balancing. Theory includes an overview of Ayurveda, dosha types, chakras, marma points of the upper body and useful tips for working in a corporate environment. |

Participants must be qualified therapists with a previous qualification in Indian Head Massage. |

Indian Head Massage is probably the most accessible holistic treatment available as it requires no undressing or use of specialist equipment and can be done almost anywhere. It can benefit all age groups, from calming down over-excited children and anxious teenagers to providing nurturing touch for the elderly. It is particularly suited to the busy office environment as it quickly relieves stress and can even be done in the office chair! You will learn some skills and valuable tips from tutors with experience of Indian Head Massage in the corporate world. |

This course is approved by the CthA (EMBODY) and the Complementary Medical Association (CMA). On successful completion of the course an attendance certificate will be issued. |
