COURSE FORMAT
Time: 10.00 a.m. - 5.00 p.m. each day
Day 1:
Introduction - History of Champissage, benefits & contraindications
Unit I - Practical - Massage of the shoulders
Units II  & III- Practical - Massage of the upper arms & neck
Revision of Units I, II & III
Day 2:
Unit IV - Practical - Massage of the scalp
Unit V - Practical - Massage of the face & ears
Revision of Units I – V & use of oils
Day 3:
Anatomy & discussion of exam format
Introduction to Chakra Energy
Practical - energy balancing techniques
Discussion - Stress Management
Final revision of Units I – V & energy balancing
Distribution of Attendance Certificates

What you will need:
Pen and paper in case you want to make some notes – however, there is very little writing required as a detailed course manual (with illustrations) will be provided. Wear comfortable clothing including a T-shirt that covers your shoulders

Following the 3-day course some practice should be done before beginning Case Studies

5 case studies of 5 treatments each (12.5 hours)

Examination Day
Presentation of Case Studies
Practical Examination
Written multiple choice examination (60 minutes) based on course material and book (“Indian Head Massage”
by Narendra Mehta).
Exam date can be arranged to suit your schedule.

Cancellation Policy:

All money will be refunded in the unlikely event of the course being cancelled by the tutor. In most other circumstances, fees will not be refunded unless cancelled at least 2 weeks before start of course (in this case an administration fee of £10 (UK) 15 euros (Eire) will apply). This is because when we accept your application, we make all the arrangements on the assumption that you will join the course, including preparing your course materials and turning away other applicants for your place. Fees will be refunded if for whatever reason we are not able to provide you with a place on the course. In nearly all other circumstances they will not be refunded.
